Abiding Love
“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”- 1 Corinthians 13:13
There is a moment we all face in this life, the patient wait for food at a sit down restaurant. Sometimes agonizing, other times swift, but you never really know what is in store, but you can bet when your food starts to make it’s way to your table, a joy is found that is rare and hilarious at the same time. Have you ever seen the expressions at someone else’s table in that scenario? You see joy through actions, words and expressions. Which leads me to this question: What do other people see pouring out of you in your daily life? Do people see love? Patience? Passion? Confidence? Wisdom? Dorkiness? Trust? Surrender? What is the Lord trying to convey to the lost soul, the hurting person through you today? You bring specific gifts every single day, He has wired you intricately and intimately, so my challenge to us this morning is to let that fire, those gifts, His love pour out of us and let the world see we are on fire for King Jesus. Step in confidence, step in what He has given you, and let the world see the creation of love, boldness and strength He has made in you. Hallelujah.
